- Granted over Four (4) Billion Naira to various mortgagees on commercial mortgages (DTMBL own funding )
- Conceptualized, midwifed, and currently administering the Delta State Public Officers Housing Loan Scheme, enabling Delta State public servants to build, buy, expand or renovate their residential buildings. Over 2 billion Naira has been disbursed so far to over 3000 individuals across the state and it’s ongoing.
- Under the NHF scheme with FMBN, over 500 Million Naira have been disbursed
- Currently processing over 4 Billion Naira facility for over 2000 off-takers in various locations both within and outside Delta State from various estate developers.
- Upgrade of our Digital Banking (E-Channels & Agency Banking)
- Collaboration with Delta State Government in management/subsidy disbursement and providing mortgages for over 170 members of mechanics and spare parts unions for the Ultra Modern mechanic Village in Asaba.
