To invest in real estate, you will need the following information


  • Choice of location.
  •  What range/type of property.
  • How to finance it (outright purchase or loan)
  • Equity contribution of 20%-30%.
  • Source of repayment.



To access mortgage loan, the following conditions must be met:

  • Equity contribution of 30%.
  • The property or land to be bought must have a registered title documents.
  • In case of building/construction, BOQ must be submitted.
  • Valuation to be carried out by the Bank registered valuer and cost borne by the borrower.
  • Legal search will be carried out on the property by the Bank’s legal department at cost to be borne by the borrower.
