To invest in real estate, you will need the following information
- Choice of location.
- What range/type of property.
- How to finance it (outright purchase or loan)
- Equity contribution of 20%-30%.
- Source of repayment.
To access mortgage loan, the following conditions must be met:
- Equity contribution of 30%.
- The property or land to be bought must have a registered title documents.
- In case of building/construction, BOQ must be submitted.
- Valuation to be carried out by the Bank registered valuer and cost borne by the borrower.
- Legal search will be carried out on the property by the Bank’s legal department at cost to be borne by the borrower.
