Mr. Gibson Pinnick is an accomplished public administrator. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Ambrose Alli University and an MBA in Public Service International from the University of Birmingham.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pinnick has held key positions in the Delta State Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Planning, demonstrating expertise in budget management and policy advising. Currently, he serves as the Director of the Department of Investment and Loans, where he coordinates activities and contributes to financial planning and investment strategies.

Mr. Pinnick is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Financial & Investment Analysts of Nigeria and is involved in various projects and governing councils, including Delta State University and Delta Trust Mortgage Bank Limited. He has participated in multiple training programs, enhancing his skills in project and financial management.
