Hon. (Dr) Jude Omena Ogbimi, JP is a distinguished accountant and administrator with over 20 years of experience in finance, auditing, internal controls, and corporate governance. He is currently the Board Chairman of Delta Trust Mortgage Bank Limited, a position he has held since May 2024. Dr Ogbimi earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, a Master's degree in Accounting from Keller Graduate School in the USA, and a PhD in Business Management from Highstone International University, also in the USA.

Dr Ogbimi is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He specializes in corporate governance, financial analysis, and risk management. His career highlights include leading financial audits, promoting corporate governance, and fostering ethical management practices. Additionally, as a Justice of the Peace (JP), he is actively involved in community service, advocating for social order and development.
