Olorogun Barr. Joshua Oghenejiru Muwhen is an experienced legal practitioner and mortgage banker serving as the Executive Director (HR, Admin, Corporate, and Legal) and Company Secretary at Delta Trust Mortgage Bank Limited in Asaba, owned by the Delta State Government of Nigeria. He holds an honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from Prowess University, an MBA from the University of Benin, a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology, a Barrister at Laws qualification from the Nigerian Law School, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Benin.

With over 21 years in the mortgage banking sector, he has held various positions at Delta Trust Mortgage Bank, including Ag. MD/CEO. Barr. Muwhen has also worked as a legal consultant for reputable organizations and is a member of several professional bodies, including the Nigerian Bar Association and Rotary International. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arts Professionals.

Before joining Delta Trust in 2000, he gained experience as a Law Intern at various firms. He is recognized as a traditional Chief in the Udu Kingdom, holding the title of Achoja (Defender of the Oppressed and Deprived), and is happily married with children.
