Sir Ikpere Obukowho Clement KSJI is a prominent professional with a PhD in Statistics, specializing in Econometrics, from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University. He holds an M.Sc. from Ambrose Alli University and a B.Sc. from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
