Mr. Uche Isaiah holds a BSc in Industrial Mathematics, an MBA in Business Administration. He is a Certified (MCIB) member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

Mr. Uche Isaiah started his professional career with Opone Johnson & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants as an audit trainee. He left to Aquila Capital (Now Aquila Leasing) as a pioneer staff where he successfully spearheaded the setting up of the operations unit and the Financial Control Department. He later served as the head of the Audit/Internal Control Unit of Aquila Asset Management Ltd (a subsidiary of Aquila Group) where he was responsible for review and enforcement of the Organisation’s procedures, controls and policies. Mr. Uche Isaiah started Banking at Fortune International Bank Plc and worked in various departments of the Bank. He left to join the Credit Administration Department of Afribank Plc at the Enugu regional office. He was among the experienced hands that were brought in at the time the Bank was being restructured. He left Afribank Plc to join SkyeBank Plc at the Enugu regional office of the Bank.

Mr. Uche Isaiah has garnered considerable expertise in Accounting, Audit, Internal control, Compliance Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Credit Administration, and Enterprise Risk Management through professional training from relevant training programs as well as on-the-job training. He has also attended several leadership and risk management programs since joining Delta Trust Mortgage Bank Ltd as head of Risk Management
